Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and educate children in a caring, engaging preschool environment. You will mentor fellow teachers, design playful, educational activities, and uphold both licensing guidelines and company standards.

The role emphasizes leading classroom management, fostering the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers, and building strong relationships with families to support the center’s success.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Call the shots! Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines compliance.
• Communicate! Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
