Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and lead a classroom in a child care center. You will develop engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and manage daily activities while upholding licensing guidelines and center standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
