Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and to mentor fellow teachers in a supportive preschool setting. The role emphasizes leadership in classroom management, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build meaningful relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child's achievement and your center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
