Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred, or six months of professional teaching experience required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred or High school diploma/GED required.
• Caring and creative individual passionate about working with preschool children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers in keeping with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
