Cadence Academy Preschool, part of Cadence Education, is seeking a passionate Preschool Assistant Director to inspire, empower, and create a joyful learning haven.

You will lead 20-40 educators, build strong connections with families, ensure licensing and safety compliance, and drive program excellence that supports children's growth. Qualifications

• Proven success as an Assistant Director at a large school.
• 3-5 years of hands-on teaching experience.
• Meets state licensing standards, including criminal background screening and fingerprinting.
• Bachelor's degree with group childcare experience, or related degrees with supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of national/state education standards, licensing, fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
• Understanding USDA Nutrition Standards for Schools.
• Must be at least 21 years old with corporate driving requirements met.
