Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Director to lead a vibrant school. You will guide a team of educators, ensure curriculum excellence, and foster a nurturing, compliant environment for children and families.

The role requires proven leadership in an early childhood setting, licensing compliance, and the ability to drive enrollment and quality while managing a 20–40 staff. This is a full‑time leadership opportunity with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership at an early childhood facility with multiple classrooms.
• Meets state licensing standards at director level (background checks).
• Education/experience as described: B.S. in ECE + supervisory teaching time.
• Eligible for Education Coordinator license and knowledge of national/state standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a preschool environment that is safe, joyful, and growth‑oriented.
• Drive curriculum quality to exceed standards and outcomes.
• Foster strong connections with parents, staff and kids.
• Direct 20–40 educators; mentor via training and appraisals.
• Meet enrollment and financial targets while preserving care quality.
• Represent the school at events and community outreach.
• Ensure licensing, safety, health, fire and OSHA compliance.
• Recruit and hire top talent to keep the team strong.
