Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Assistant Director to lead a vibrant team and deliver top-quality early education. You will create a safe learning environment, mentor 20–40 educators, and partner with families to celebrate each child’s progress.

You will drive program quality, ensure licensing compliance, and contribute to community outreach while advancing your leadership career in a growing network of Cadence schools.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Assistant Director in a large school.
• 3–5 years of hands-on teaching experience.
• Meets state licensing standards, including criminal background screening and fingerprinting.
• Deep knowledge of national/state education standards, licensing, fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
