Oswego Grill in the Portland Metro Area is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and ensure high quality plating in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment.

The role requires 2 years of experience, Food Handler Certification, and availability for 10–12 hour shifts; you will collaborate with front and back of house, manage food prep, and help control costs. This in-person position offers growth opportunities within Crossroads Restaurant Group.
