Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and supervise package handlers and clerks, ensuring safety and productivity across shifts. This role holds teams accountable for attendance and timely timecard submission.

Responsibilities include leading training, coordinating management evaluations, and maintaining strong relationships with staff and customers while upholding UPS's ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Upholds UPS's ethics standards and code of conduct.
