Job summary

Talentify is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely completion of tasks. The role holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management, conducting group meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with employees and customers in a UPS environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure safe and timely completion.
