Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks, focusing on safety, productivity, and timely task completion. This role holds teams accountable for attendance and timecard submission.

You will develop relationships with staff, conduct training, lead meetings, coordinate evaluations with management, and determine best solutions for package concerns while upholding UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs as needed.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving abilities with multitasking capacity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
