Job summary

The role requires multi-tasking, strong communication, and leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Ensures attendance and processes timecards for the team.
• Maintains relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Coordinates evaluations with management and conducts group meetings.
• Oversees daily activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
• Upholds UPS ethical standards and code of conduct.
