Job summary

This permanent, full-time position requires flexible hours and the ability to lift 70 lbs, with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates group training and meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
• Adheres to UPS's code of conduct and ethical standards.
