McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager for our Renewables Preconstruction/Estimating team in the Phoenix area.

The role requires strong estimating principles and may involve acting as the primary owner/design-team contact on some pursuits. You will lead bid processes, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and support preconstruction activities across large-scale solar projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• 5+ years estimating/design management/field management experience.
• Experience on large-scale solar projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interviews and bid processes as Bid Captain.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare qualifications and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support preconstruction and construction scheduling; manage risk and safety programs.
• Develop and present organized project documentation to owners.
