Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase for battery storage, high voltage, and solar projects.

You will act as the project manager from opportunity through to construction kickoff, coordinating across engineering, estimating, procurement, contract, legal, risk, tax, and business development teams. The role focuses on developing execution strategies, coordinating schedules, and ensuring alignment with owner objectives while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or another construction/technical-related field required.
• 3+ years or more relevant construction or engineering experience required.
• Ability to travel 5-15% required.
• PM or similar project management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads preconstruction activities from RFP through construction kickoff.
• Coordinates with engineering, estimating, procurement, contracts, legal, risk, tax, business development and operations.
• Develops the project execution strategy and reviews bid documents for accuracy.
• Ensures turnover from Preconstruction to Construction with proper hand-off meetings.
