Job summary

Cerris Systems in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced estimator to lead preconstruction activities, prepare budgets, collect cost information, analyze designs, and coordinate with CAD, design, and construction teams.

You will supervise estimating staff, perform quantity takeoffs, review plans, manage pricing and bids, and interface with clients and suppliers while upholding safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Proficient in estimating and cost data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and train estimating staff to support developmental objectives.
• Perform quantity takeoffs per plans and specifications.
• Review plans and specifications for each project assigned.
• Manage pricing, bidding, and subcontractor bids.
• Interface with clients and suppliers to obtain bids.
