Job summary

Cerris Systems in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a seasoned Estimator/Preconstruction professional to lead budgeting, takeoffs, and bid strategies across projects.

You will coordinate with design and operations, review plans, perform risk assessments, and manage the RFP/RFQ process while ensuring accurate cost data and adherence to company standards.

Experience in mechanical systems, CRM and estimating software, and a Bachelor's degree required; five or more years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Proficient in estimating and costing processes.
• Experience reviewing plans and specs.
• Familiar with RFP/RFQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and train estimating staff.
• Perform quantity take-offs per plans and specifications.
• Review plans and specifications for each project assigned.
• Manage pricing and bidding; analyze risks.
• Compile and manage RFP/RFQ processes.
• Interface with operations and clients to secure bids.
