Job summary

Cerris is seeking an experienced Estimator/Preconstruction professional for our Gilbert, AZ location. The role focuses on budgeting, estimating, and early design input for multiple projects, with collaboration across design and construction teams.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience; strong knowledge of MS Office and estimating software is expected. The role entails leadership of the estimating process and client/supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years or more of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in preconstruction, budgeting, and estimating processes is valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and conceptual/definitive estimates for projects.
• Coordinate, supervise, and train estimating staff to support development.
• Review plans and specifications for each project and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Manage bidding with subcontractors and suppliers and interface with stakeholders.
