Cerris Systems in Gallatin, TN is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead preconstruction activities for multiple projects. You will coordinate estimating staff, perform quantity takeoffs, and review plans and specifications to support accurate bids.

The role requires strong knowledge of cost data, estimating software, CRM tools, and the ability to manage bids, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and uphold Cerris's safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in preconstruction and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, supervise estimating staff & personnel to support developmental objectives.
• Perform quantity take offs per plans and specifications.
• Review and understand plans and specifications for each project assigned.
• Review market potential and possibilities for pursuits in accordance with company goals.
