Job summary

Precinmac is seeking a Production Supervisor for shields Manufacturing facility in Tualatin, Oregon. The role focuses on directing a shift of personnel, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high quality in Makino and UMC machining environments.

The candidate will lead continuous improvement efforts, manage safety compliance, and coordinate with maintenance for machine reliability. Competitive total compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience supervising manufacturing teams in a high-tidelity shop environment.
• Familiarity with Makino and UMC machining processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to department personnel to maximize output and efficiency.
• Supervise production of Makino and UMCs on day shift (M-F 7:00–15:30).
• Maintain safety and quality through adherence to procedures and training.
• Coordinate with maintenance for machine upkeep and repairs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of parts and communicate schedules to relevant teams.
