Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and feedback to department personnel to achieve maximum output and efficiency.
• Currently Hiring for a Day Shift (Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 3:30pm).
• Assign work to employees and work centers.
• Supervise production of Assembly and Plastic Fabrication.
• Maintain continuity among shifts by documenting actions and needs.
• Review schedule progress daily to meet due dates.
• Manage department employee performance through training and feedback.
• Ensure department safety compliance.
