Precinmac is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Shields Manufacturing facility in Tualatin, Oregon. This on-site role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and focuses on leading a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality.
The successful candidate will oversee machine maintenance, scheduling, and problem solving, with day shift hours Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Provide direction, guidance, and feedback to department personnel to achieve maximum output and efficiency.
- Currently Hiring for a Day Shift (M-F 7:00 am - 3:30pm)
- Troubleshoot machine issues and oversee preventive maintenance and parts replacement.
