Qualifications

• 5+ years in precast or structural design.
• PE license or ability to obtain within first year.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
• Proficiency with design software (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze precast structures for safety and code compliance.
• Review calculations and drawings for accuracy and approval.
• Lead and support project design teams to meet milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers in design practices.
• Interpret plans and perform required engineering calculations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, owners and internal teams.
• Resolve design, schedule and quality issues with practical solutions.
• Provide engineering support to sales and estimating teams.
• Conduct site and manufacturing visits as needed.
