The candidate brings 8+ years in structural design, at least 4+ years in precast, and a PE license or reciprocity. RAM/RISA/STAAD proficiency is required; strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• PE license required, or ability to obtain reciprocity.
• Proficiency with structural design and analysis software RAM, RISA, STAAD or similar.
• Strong understanding of building codes and material design standards.
• Demonstrated project management experience or strong interest in advancing into a lead role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts for buildings from concepts to construction documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with architects, contractors, owners, and staff.
• Oversee analysis and design of structural systems using precast concrete.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and provide construction-phase support.
• Prepare proposals, assist with scope development, and support client relationships.
• Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and codes.
