Job summary

Wells Concrete is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to design precast concrete structures, ensure safety, quality, and code compliance, and lead project design efforts from concept through completion.

You will mentor junior engineers, review calculations and drawings, collaborate with architects, contractors, and owners, and develop practical, high‑quality solutions while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in precast or structural design.
• PE license or active pursuit with demonstrated competency.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze precast structures to ensure safety, performance, and code compliance.
• Review calculations and drawings for accuracy and engineering approval.
• Lead and support project design teams to meet technical and project milestones.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in design and engineering practices.
