Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in precast or structural design.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze precast structures to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Interpret plans and perform engineering calculations.
• Support project teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide engineering support to sales and estimating teams.
• Conduct site and plant visits for QA and project execution.
