Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector III to lead plant quality control programs and prepare facilities for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals. You will resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products and audit supplier plants on behalf of owners and agencies.

The role requires PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III and 6+ years of precast QC including supervision, with the ability to work with plant managers, engineers of record,

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III required.
• 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Experience hosting PCI audits and knowledge of DOT specs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs per PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT requirements.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; supervise Level I and II inspectors.
• Develop and mentor Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
