Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Precast Concrete Inspector III to act as the senior quality authority for precast and prestressed products. You will establish plant QC programs and lead audits to PCI and DOT standards, guiding teams across multiple plants.

The role requires a current PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III and 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC, including supervision.

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level III, current, with 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Fluent with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast and prestressed specifications.
• Experience preparing a plant for PCI certification and hosting audits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals per PCI/DOT requirements.
• Prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
