Qualifications

• 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.
• Current PCI Level II certification required; working knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT precast specs.

Responsibilities

• Verify prestressing operations: strand certification, tensioning, elongation, detensioning sequence, and transfer strength; review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records; accept or reject finished products; maintain plant QC records for PCI/dot certification; supervise Level I inspectors; assign daily coverage.
