Qualifications

• We require a JD with active NC Bar status and 3–5 years of pre-litigation or personal injury experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring legal staff is essential.
• Strong research, negotiation, and client-service focus is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution with a broader team.
• Provide coaching and oversight to a team to ensure efficient workflows.
• Maintain client communication, document key facts, and coordinate strategy and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance and stay informed on relevant laws and developments.
