Job summary

Accentuate Staffing seeks a Pre-Litigation Case Manager for a personal injury law firm in Raleigh, NC. You will manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution, while maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the claims process.

The role requires 1–3 years of personal injury experience, an Associate degree or NC Paralegal Certificate, and proficiency with MS Office, GrowPath or Filevine. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or NC Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 1–3 years of personal injury Case Manager/Paralegal experience.
• Experience handling high-volume pre-litigation or litigation.
• Proficiency with MS Office, legal databases, medical lien portals and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for updates and questions.
• Establish, track, and follow up on insurance claims in pre-litigation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providers, adjusters, and others.
• Identify potential claim issues and coordinate with attorneys to resolve them.
• Review and summarize medical records and supporting documents.
• Prepare and submit settlement demand packages to insurance companies.
