David Lawrence Centers for Behavioral Health in Naples, FL seeks a Lead Practice Manager to provide senior administrative and operational support across Acute Care Services and the future CCBHC hospital. This working lead will standardize daily practice management, collaborating with Nursing Leadership, Medical Providers, and Quality Improvement to build scalable systems and administrative controls.

The role requires coordinating multi-department workflows, ensuring compliance, and guiding

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, behavioral health, public health, human services, or a related field (PREFERRED)
• 3+ years of administrative, practice-management, healthcare-operations, behavioral-health, or related experience
• Prior lead, supervisory, project-lead, or program-implementation experience
• Behavioral-health, acute-care, hospital, crisis-services, CCBHC, or other regulated healthcare experience preferred
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities, schedules, audits, records, vendors, staff support, and cross-departmental workflows
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to lead through influence and collaborate with clinical and nonclinical teams
• Ability to pass Level II DCF checks and drug screen
• Microsoft Office 365 and EMR experience required

Mansioni

• Strengthen Acute Care operations and develop workflows for future CCBHC expansion
• Provide daily work direction, task coordination, and workflow guidance for practice-management functions
• Serve as an operational resource and escalate concerns to the Director
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientation, schedules, and coverage communication
• Monitor clinical-record completion, signatures, and audit findings
• Coordinate audits, licenses, permits, and environment-of-care checks
• Prepare programs for AHCA, DCF, CMS, Joint Commission reviews
• Draft and update policies, procedures, workflows, forms, and schedules
• Create scalable systems for current and future operations
• Prepare data-management reports, trackers, and leadership summaries
• Coordinate purchasing and vendor documentation for assigned programs
• Support orientations, resident programs, and employee engagement initiatives
