Job summary

David Lawrence Centers seeks a Director of Quality Improvement to lead performance improvement, quality management, and regulatory readiness across its behavioral health services in Naples, FL. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare quality improvement, quality management, accreditation, compliance, or performance improvement.
• Three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working within behavioral healthcare, hospital, community mental health, physician practice, or integrated healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Establish organization-wide quality goals, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Facilitate continuous quality improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, RCA, and other methods.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes, service delivery, access to care, client experience, and efficiency.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate quality committees and ensure follow-through on actions.
• Lead accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance activities, surveys, and standards.
