Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a lead-level associate for the 2nd shift at our Texas facility to support production operations. The role requires supervising, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring compliance with USDA, HACCP, and safety standards.

You will assist with department setup, monitor product flow, manage staffing decisions, and back up the supervisor as needed. The position includes a $1.00 shift premium and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months of lead experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.

• Perform wash down during breaks and maintain general housekeeping.
• Serve as Supervisor backup during their absence.

Requirements

• The Applicant must have a least six (6) months of Lead experience with single employer within the last 12 months.

• 3 x Rule: If you have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times you are ineligible for rehire.
