Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- 8–10+ years in advanced manufacturing engineering with a battery background.
- Proven track record leading large-scale manufacturing projects from concept to full-scale production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for advanced manufacturing to support EV production.
- Direct cross-functional teams to design, commission, and ramp up manufacturing systems for EV components.
- Oversee multiple complex projects within timelines and budget.
- Ensure smooth transitions from R&D prototypes to mass production.
- Identify and implement equipment and processes to boost productivity and quality.
- Drive automation, robotics, and AI-driven manufacturing systems.
