The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or equivalent experience, has 3+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role, and is willing to travel internationally for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in energy.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training (1–3 month increments).

Responsibilities

• Define strategies to build a high-performance team culture while ensuring guidelines.
• Oversee production activities and contribute to production planning based on EHS, quality, and schedules.
• Schedule and promote technician participation in EHS evaluations and Quality Gates.
• Track KPIs and manage deviations with mitigation plans.
• Lead 1st level meetings with technicians to resolve deviations.
• Create and implement development plans for technicians to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with all protocols, policies, and competencies across systems.
