Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years professional electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with electrical power systems and related electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with single-line diagrams and electrical system layouts.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical electrical architectures.
• Ability to explain complex electrical concepts to both technical and non-technical customers.
• Experience leading or supporting customer-facing technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of distributed generation and microgrid solutions including architecture and sizing.
• Develop electrical designs, single-line diagrams, and layouts.
• Interact with customers via discovery meetings and whiteboarding.
• Lead responses to RFPs and specification packages.
• Coordinate input from engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Advise on technical risk and feasibility.
• Support handoff into detailed engineering and project execution.
