Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive next generation system control solutions. You will guide EMT modeling efforts integrating power electronics, power systems and control logic to demonstrate whole-system performance.

You will also lead hardware-in-the-loop validation and mentor a team, advancing integration designs for external interfaces and sensing across Enphase products.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline with modeling and energy system experience.
• Experience leading a team and taking ownership of development tasks.
• Proficiency with EMT-based software tools for power system modeling and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and modeling initiatives for next generation system control solutions.
• Develop EMT models integrating power electronics, power systems, and control systems.
• Demonstrate whole-system performance including transient response and stability analyses.
• Drive HIL validation of power systems and converters.
• Mentor and lead an engineering team toward project objectives.
• Advance integration designs for external control interfaces and sensing.
