Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience in power systems/electrical engineering.
• Master's with 5+ years of relevant experience in power systems/electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with microgrids and power systems, including field projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead power system and microgrid studies from concept to operation.
• Design, model, and validate control and operation strategies for microgrids.
• Contribute to development for microgrid controller functionalities using C# and Python.
• Technically lead projects and act as the technical point of contact for customers.
• Support microgrid projects in the field, including testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and clients worldwide.
