Job summary

CAC I International Inc. in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer SME with 7+ years of experience to drive development across Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages within an Agile Scrumban team for a DoD program.

You will mentor a cross-functional team, design scalable apps, and collaborate with mission partners to refine requirements, track work in agile boards, and deliver enterprise solutions in a Azure environment.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen with active Secret DoD clearance (interim considered).
College degree as listed; experience considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Power Platform developers.
Design, and deliver scalable Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
Develop Power Automate workflows.
Extend Model Driven Apps through C# Plugins and PCF components.
Collaborate with business owners to refine requirements and prototype solutions.
Maintain team backlogs using ADO or Jira.
Enforce ALM practices across government environments.
Assist Business Analysts in requirements evaluation.
Manage and respond to user tickets.
Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
