Job summary

You will drive governance, architecture, and hands-on delivery across enterprise modernization, ensuring secure, scalable implementations that meet mission needs. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Reston headquarters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading, designing, architecting, and developing enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• Experience owning solution architecture—data modeling, integration strategy, security design.
• Experience with data analysis, DAX, Power Query, and advanced Power BI modeling.
• UI/UX design experience for custom applications.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Governance, standards & best practices across Power Platform environments.
• Design, architect, and build custom Power Platform solutions without premium licenses.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards.
• Own enterprise architecture for Power Platform solutions and data integration.
• Provide training and documentation; mentor junior developers.
• Analyze processes, translate requirements, and support post-deploy operations.
