Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer SME to guide a cross-functional team in delivering Power Platform solutions for a DoD program.

You’ll architect and implement Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power BI dashboards, and automated workflows within an Agile Scrumban environment. Responsibilities include mentoring developers, aligning solutions with enterprise patterns, refining requirements with stakeholders, and ensuring ALM practices across government

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active secret DoD clearance (interim considered).
• Bachelor's or master’s in Information Assurance, CS, MIS, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of related technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading a Scrumban Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional Power Platform team.
• Design and deliver Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and workflows with Power Automate.
• Extend Model Driven Apps with C# plugins, Web Resources, PCF.
• Collaborate with owners to refine requirements and prototype solutions.
• Maintain team backlogs using ADO or Jira.
• Enforce ALM best practices across government environments.
• Assist Business Analysts in requirement evaluation.
• Manage and respond to user tickets.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
