Job summary

CACI’s Agile Solution Factory is seeking a Senior Power Platform software developer to support a pivotal DoD program. The role focuses on Power Platform tools to build Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages websites within an Agile Scrumban team.

You will lead a cross-functional team, refine requirements with stakeholders, and ensure delivery in alignment with enterprise patterns while maintaining ALM practices across government environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building Power Apps-based applications and Power BI dashboards.
• Strong collaboration and communication across a geographically distributed team.
• Experience leading high-performing agile teams in a DoD or enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional Power Platform team.
• Design and deliver Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Develop Power Automate workflows.
• Extend Model-Driven Apps with C# Plugins, Web Resources, and PCF components.
• Refine requirements with stakeholders and prototype solutions.
• Maintain backlogs using ADO or Jira.
• Enforce ALM across government environments.
• Assist Business Analysts in evaluating requirements.
• Manage and respond to user tickets.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
