Qualifications

• 5+ years startup experience, including at least one lead discipline engineer assignment.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may include background check, drug screen, and MVR search.

Responsibilities

• Manage startup and commissioning handover processes to client.
• Develop and maintain detailed startup schedule and packages.
• Maintain open communication with client and project team.
• Oversee startup budget and man-hours; ensure safety and quality standards.
