Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production lines at our Liberty, VA facility. This on-site role on the 2nd shift emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence, ensuring adherence to HACCP plans and customer specifications.

The supervisor will oversee ~40 team members, coordinate with maintenance and other departments, and drive continuous improvement in materials, processes, and lean practices to minimize downtime and optimize yields.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in a production or operations setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, safety regulations, and food safety expectations.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, motivate, and monitor team members in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations to ensure safe, efficient, and well-organized production.
• Coordinate line work to meet production orders in collaboration with team members and other departments.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with customer specifications and GMP/HACCP requirements.
• Mentor and develop approximately 40 team members through training and performance coaching.
