Job summary

Farmer Focus seeks a Production Supervisor for the Liberty Facility to lead our thigh debone line on-site. You will ensure a safe, efficient operation, train and mentor staff, and uphold GMP/HACCP standards while coordinating with maintenance and other departments.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, strong production performance, and a positive team culture. Experience managing ~40 team members and adherence to safety regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven supervisory experience in production or related operations.
• Strong focus on quality and adherence to GMP/HACCP requirements.
• Ability to mentor and coach a diverse team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations for safe, efficient output.
• Coordinate line work to meet production orders with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure customer specifications are met.
• Report yields, efficiencies, and labor utilization to the Superintendent.
• Drive continuous improvement in materials, processes, and total quality management.
