Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Liberty Facility to lead a 40+ member team on the 1st shift. You will drive safe, efficient production, maintain quality, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance while collaborating with maintenance and other departments.

You will mentor staff, manage attendance and performance, and help sustain continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced poultry processing environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in production or related operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations to ensure safe, efficient, and organized production.
• Coordinate line work to meet production orders with team leads and other departments.
• Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
