You will lead a team of in-house post artists and coordinate with editors and motion-graphics vendors to produce a high volume of social media content, while aligning with producers and internal partners.

You will create schedules and budgets, obtain quotes, manage vendor rosters, and ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and consistency across post workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience producing high-volume social media content.
• Roster of trusted post vendors including editors and motion-graphics artists.
• 4+ years of production and/or post production supervision/coordination.
• 2+ years of post or related service leadership.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro CC and After Effects.
• Experience with project management platforms such as monday.com, Trello, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Ability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-moving production environment.
• Experienced at building and managing post production budgeting and scheduling.
• Thorough understanding of post management operations including media delivery specs, formats, codecs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee in-house post artists and day-player editors and motion-graphics artists.
• Collaborate with producers and internal partners to create post-production schedules and budgets.
• Generate or obtain post-production budgets and bids, and help negotiate the best service deals.
• Ensure post-production schedule adherence and coordinate with vendors and teams.
• Lead cut reviews, locks, mixes, color corrections, and QCs.
• Notate cuts and transmit notes to clients, producers, leadership, and partners.
• Build and maintain a roster of creative vendors and post talent.
• Maintain a network of post vendors and service providers for quality content.
• Communicate post-production equipment needs for planning and budgeting.
• Document and update best practices, creative standards, and workflows.
• Quality control media files for air and distribution.
• Serve as post production liaison to cross-functional teams like Marketing, Content, Engineering, and DEI.
• Stay current on post trends and evaluate new products for risks/benefits.
• Fill in as a video editor or motion-graphics support as needed.
• Plan media management workflows and organize assets for delivery.
• Use project management platforms to input data, communicate with partners, and illustrate metrics.
