Job summary

HH Global seeks an experienced Post-Producer to own end-to-end post-production for social video and motion assets. You’ll manage the pipeline from editor handoff to final delivery, ensure QA against platform specs, and coordinate with video, design, and production leads across always-on and quick-turn briefs.

You will explore AI-assisted post tools to improve efficiency, maintain asset archives, and oversee external vendors, all while meeting tight schedules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-production experience with social-first video and motion work.
• Strong fluency in post workflows including file management, versioning, and platform delivery specs.
• Experience with editing, color, and sound tools (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Experience managing post schedules within quick-turn production timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-production pipeline for social video and motion assets from editor/designer handoff through final delivery.
• Manage versioning, file organization, and asset handoff across editors, designers, and platform exports.
• Coordinate sound design, color, and motion graphics finishing with the client team.
• Track post schedules and flag bottlenecks to avoid delivery delays on quick-turn briefs.
• QC final assets against platform specs (aspect ratio, captions, safe zones, file specs).
• Maintain organized asset archive and naming conventions across productions.
• Explore AI-assisted post tools and integrate what works into the studio workflow.
• Direct output timelines for editors/designers and oversee external post vendors.
