Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering Business Operations. This remote role supports Enterprise QE COE planning, financial governance, and executive reporting.

You will manage budgets, demand and capacity, and coordinate vendor governance across enterprise functions. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in portfolio management, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning experience.
• At least 5 years in portfolio management, technology business operations, program management, or strategic planning.
• 3+ years supporting technology organizations, business operations teams, portfolio functions, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentation materials.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive‑level communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio operations, aligning strategic priorities, demand, capacity, and execution.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management for QE COE.
• Develop executive‑level reporting, insights, and recommendations.
• Manage supplier/vendor governance, contract planning, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Support onboarding and integration of resources into Quality Engineering COEs.
• Provide leadership‑level communications, logs, and follow‑ups for governance.
